iPhone fax app which uses regular call (no subscription, online servers, etc.)

Does anyone knows of a fax app which uses regular cellular calls.
Searching via Google provided me with only subscription/online server/online services solutions.

I went to the app store on my iPhone and there are over 180 fax apps. Many free. I am sure the same is true for the iPad.
