iPhone forwarding to iPad

It seems that my iPhone is forwarding text messages to my iPad. Now I just got a phone call to my iPad.

I didn't knowingly do this forward/redirect. How do I stop this?

In Settings - FaceTime, turn off iPhone Mobile Calls or iPhone Cellular Calls, whichever you see there.
