Iphone has dead pixels

I bought a new screen for my iphone. Replaced it and when i go to turn the phone on i press down on the screen and dead pixels appear then fade away. What is causing this?

Did you buy an OEM screen or a 3rd party cheap one?

That's probably why you should always use OEM parts.
