iphone help

my iphone 4 shut off dont know how to open ... i do anything to open it but it wont work... i try to put in to charger same it wont open...


same with connect to my laptop i cant open it... this phone never been drop?

any suggestion what will i do

try press down the home button and the on/off button for about 10 seconds that is a hard reset and should get your phone working... if not then its more serious and you should take it to apple..
