Iphone is in tutorial mode, I can't get it out for normal use

Help! My phone has been talking to me, I have to double click on an app to open it. The phone tells me what the app is, when my phone is dimming, or hibernating, when I touch it to use it tells me the time and I have to double click to get the cursor to move and unlock the screen. How do I get this off my phone so I can use my phone normally?

Go into settings/accessibility. Turn triple click off and speak selection off. Also speak auto text off to start. Also assistive touch my be on. I'm not sure if you use that.

Oh Voice over. Check those settings. That's all that I can think of. Hope that helps.
