Iphone-Itunes transfer app?

My computer that has my entire itunes library on it is almost dead. Is there an app for the Iphone that will let you tranfer an entire library from one computer to another? I am jailbroken on 5.1.1 if that matters. Also my cd burner is toasted so I can't burn backup cd's to tranfer over.

Also I have digital copies of movies on my new computer in itunes, but can only syn with one library at a time

if you new pc is a tower or desktop, you could fit the old pc hard drive in as a slave, your files would then be available to copy over.

if your new pc is a laptop, get an adapter or better an external hard drive case and copy over from their.

edit with both machines on a network, or connected by a cross over cable, share the files you need and transfer from there.
