iphone keeps turning off and on at boot logo after changing my wifi address

i have a iphone 4 ios 7.0.6 jailbroken. i usually switch off between 2 wifi addresses and i think i made a typo in putting in the wifi address on mobile terminal and now my phone goes to the boot logo screen and turns off and goes back to the boot logo and turns off and keeps going. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Boot into No Substrate Mode. Turn the device off completely. Then hold the volume up button and boot your device. Keep holding the volume up button until you see your Springboard.
