All in all I am happy with my new iphone 4! A few things that would make it better are a bigger Screen 4" would be nicer and maybe a little more memory for your money. I thought that 32MB was more sufficient for the price I paid for 16MB! I only have half that memory left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe in the future they will offer different sizes. My bud has one of those huge droids that barely fits in his pocket. I don't want that. I like how small yet powerful the iPhone is. I am fine with the 16. I mean if you have half you space left what's the problem? I am usually a gig or 2 from capacity but I constantly switch up my media files. iPhone isn't really meant for permanent storage. That's the way I look at it anyway. I can't argue against having it cheaper but that is more if a cost issue then an improvement they need to make.
Yep, there's always going to be improvements.... considering that the moment the designers and engineers approve and send the model specs off for production the model is already obsolete. Trend analysts and we, the users, define what the next best thing is going to be with feedback.
If there was one thing I'd like to have, with an un-jailbroken phone, is the ability to tailor sounds for text messaging. It's there for phone function, but not for texts. Maybe it might be a simple firmware update....? I was surprised it wasn't there.
All in all the thing still blows me away- I've been into computers since the commodore. Evolution is amazing!

Bigger screen? What you want a smaller ipad. As a phone it is big enough to carry for me.
Regarding memory, I chose the 32 Gb because my experience with my N96 with 16 gig taught me that 16 gig is not much if you like many apps and want to keep files and photos. The only thing, I wish a memory card was possible, but it will never happen with Apple.

I dont mind the screen size. But if they offered bigger i wouldnt complain. This might sound stupid but it holds true, bigger doesnt mean better. The iphone may be smaller compared to some smartphones but like someone else just said, its way more powerful in almost every way. As for the storage, i agree that apple is slacking in terms of space vs cost. They are behind the times. I have the 16 gig cuz i didnt want to pay for the 32 but now regret it because i can easily go over my (14 gigs after os) either by songs alone or apps alone.
what would be nicer is bluetooth ability to send and receive files from my mac, i have bt on my macbook pro yet no bt devise to send anything to
