Iphone - no power & not charging!

My iphone4 just went dead on me after the battery was low & now i have been charging it for over 12 hours, but it doesn't show any power even when using a different charger. What could be wrong with it?

Did you try different outlet? Or try looking into the port that you plug the charger into in the bottom of the phone see if there is not any pieces broken in there.
