I work for DuPont, I am on an Application support team for North America. My team currently uses BlackBerrys to alert us when a server has a problem. We use the Profile option and create an exception, if the Email subject contains "Level1" a predetermined ring tone alerts. DuPont has recently allowed use the choice of an IPhone4, but the lack of the Profile option is a deal breaker. I was told by an Apple support team member that the more that this is requested the more likely this App would be looked into by Apple engineers.
