I have an iPhone 4 and it frequently lags because of the RAM shortage. I have over 320 mb of free storage but at the very best (just after clear/respring/reboot) I have barely over 200 mb available. Usually it is around 100 or even lower. While I don't have a tremendous amount of tweaks installed, I do have some such as Springtomize 2 and Winterboard, although I only have one or two Winterboard themes enabled. I've already removed any launchdaemons that I could, which only helped to free about 40-50 mb of RAM.
