Hello,
Ok, I know this will sound strange at least it does to me, but when my iPhone4 is plugged into my Jeeps stereo aux, and I hit a bump it skips.
I know this should be impossible but it does.
After a few skips from 1 song to another I took my device out of the windshield holder and shook it, tapped it, while it was playing and it jumped to the another song.

Is this known. is there something wrong with my device, or should I start drinking???

Thanks

Maybe try turning off shake to load next song off. Under iPod settings.

You had this same issue the other day.

I had no idea there was a skip on the ipod or iphones......lol

Ok... I'm going to expose my ignorance here. I just noticed that my Subaru has an auxillary jack, and wondered if I could somehow connect my phone to it and listen to my iPod. From this topic, I'm thinking it is possible, yes?

If so, how do I do this?:eek::rolleyes:

It's possible. You have to get that double sided headphone jack

Awesome!!!! Would I get that from Apple, or would any other source do?

Thanks!! :)

bestbuy, radio shack, meijer, wal mart

all it is is a 3.5mm Male to Male head phone plug

Generic double end stereo jack lead will do it, available from auction sites or more expensively large ekectrical retailers.

plugged into headphone socket select AUX input on radio.

Bitbf a heads up, can get a tad confusing handling calls :)
