Iphone sound profiles

I'm new to iPhone. So far I like it however I miss certain things that blackberry has & that I'm not sure if iPhone does or does not. I'm talking about different sound profiles.

I had a Loud, Silent, Normal... I could even make my own sound profiles on Blackberry. Can iPhone do something similar? If so how. Please help!

Not possible with OEM. Maybe something jailbroken.
