iPhone speed dial

iPhpne4s and speed dial --Hi all, My problem with using the suggested "favorites" and creating an icon for the number that I want to call is as follows. I have a Bluetooth interface in my car which has a key board on dash and I can use that keyboard(0-9) to one touch dial numbers. The phone would not be accessible while driving, but of course paired with car system. I use Verizon as my carrier. When I got the iPhone 4s from Apple, the tech downloaded my data from the old phone to my new phone. Behold, along came the speed dial numbers and they work on the iPhone and the key board on my car's dash. Does anyone know how I would be able to edit the speed dial numbers that are already
