iphone spy app

i am looking for a spying app that can work for iphone to do the followings

1 - can record live call and send remotely to web panel
2 - can record all calls on skype and viber also ..

is it possible to run this without jailbrekaing the iphone (ios ) ??

please tell me if such thing exist or you can built one like this ?

As any spying abilities and recording calls on the iPhone is in a legal gray area worldwide (it's actually illegal in a lot of places), this forum does not support or help those asking about these topics.
