Try plugging it in your pc and and reset it as a new phone that should work.
And just a bit of advice i wouldnt jailbreak as this is what happens,its done it to me before in the past with other iphones.
Im not telling you what just some friendly advice,but this is a away your phone is telling you it dont like something.
