I have an employee who speaks Spanish and his phone is set up to use Spanish. We are using the PayChex Flex app for clocking in and out in payroll. This employee had a phone that could log in using the app, but he bought a new phone which cannot log in with the app. We have uninstalled the app and re-installed it. We have reset the password twice and both times we can go to a browser and get in, but the app on this new phone still will not log in. It gives the error message, "Invalid user name or password". Each time we can use the old phone with the new password, or we can use a browser with the new password, and we get in, but not with the new phone. Anyone have any ideas?
