iphone wont sync to my computer

hello i have a problem when i plug my phone into my pc i get a message that says the iphone canot be used because the apple mobile device service has not started i have no clue why this is going on i had no problems before any help would be great thanks

Hi, sounds like an issue with your usb driver.

Go to control panel and uninstall everything apple (Bonjour service, Apple update, Apple usb and itunes), reboot and then reinstall.
Alternatively you could try seeing if your drivers need updating
