iPhone X was stolen.

My mom’s iPhone X got stolen from her classroom yesterday as well as another teacher’s iPhone. Mom is getting a replacement tomorrow. Does she have to sign anything for when she gets it or can they drop it off? UPS is delivering it.

She'll have to sign for the delivery when it arrives. That provides proof that the replacement was delivered to your mother.

BTW, did she have Find My iPhone turned on on the stolen iPhone and if so, was she able to track it?

Yes she did track it but it’s gone. Everything has been wiped clean just in case.

If Find my Phone was turned on it won't be much good to them.
