I am working on Mac OS 10.6.8 .
I want to know that which iPhone is required to test my application if it is made on XCode 3.2.6 with iOS 4.3 .

Welcome to the forum. If you are testing a iOS 4.3 app then you would need a iPhone 3Gs or iPhone 4. I would hope that any device running iOS 5 should have flawless backwards compatibility with iOS 4.3 apps.
