I had to buy a dock extension for my Outer Box case so I could Dock on all systems! Very inexpensive!! You can pick one up for around 10 bucks on sites such as Cellphoneshop.com!! Excellent site for really cheap products, such as Bluetooth's Cables, cases and more!! Good luck, hope this helps

Put another screen protector on your phone underneath the Otter Box... this has worked for me and others in the past.
