IPHONE4s urgent problem

I have a white 16gb 4s with jailbrake ..
What happens is that the springboard keep resetting itself ..
Before that the notification bar was not working so i shut down the phone and turn it back on .
But now it keeps resetting itself ... I cant do anything its like resseting each 2 seconds
I cant even shut it down
Only thing i can do its to take a screenshot..and it seems i cant recive calls but ofc i cant answer

Do a hard reset by holding the power and home button until it restarts(about 10 seconds).
