iPhone's iPod

The podcast's that I have d/l are now speeded up. It is playing my podcasts with the voices speeded up just enough that they are hard to understand.

I would like to totally delete all of my podcasts and re-load them, if that is possible. But, how do you do that?

Or is the iPod part of my phone toast?

That's really strange, but I've heard of this before, actually I think I had this problem on my old ipod years ago with random songs.

If you play the podcasts in iTunes (on your computer) they play just fine right? If you haven't tried this try it. I'm fairly sure this is what was happening to me.

If it works, which I'm pretty sure it will, just backup and restore your iPhone.

I can't remember what caused this to happen for me.

My wife found the answer. there is a very small icon on the upper right on the screen that lets you control the speed. It was at 2x. there are 3 settings.
