Is apptrackr.org safe ?

Hey I just found some cool apps in apptrackr.org but I was wondering if that is a safe place to download apps from, i.e., if the downloaded apps will contain virus/stuff that'd damage the phone.

Does anyone here downloads apps from that site ?
