Is iPad Pro 9.7 is good for digital drawing?

So my sister is going to buy a drawing pad. Shes interest in iPad Pro 9.7. But I don't think it is a good idea because there are other options for that price which can be considered good. She's alright with everything if it is Apple.
So anyone here using iPad pro 9.7 for digital drawing? I like to know how was the personal experience.

The Apple Pencil is widely believed to be one of the best styluses on the market. When used with a compatible device the results are amazing.
