Is it possible to get iMAME without jailbreaking?

I know it was on the App Store for a short period of time in December last year but is there a way to get it now without jailbreaking the device. It is an iPad 2 16gb WiFi model. I have downloaded the .ipa for 1.0 but it won't install.

I'd like to know this too. I missed out on it in the App Store by one day. I have a MAME arcade and would love to play it on my iPad as well.
