is it possible to lock my photos? is there a way to set a password when at home screen and pressed on the photos app???

iProtect (8.99) or AppLocker (.99) could be the app you are looking for. It is in Cydia and gives you the option to lock any number of apps.

I havent found a free one as of yet, but when I do I will post.

How about for the unJB amongst us?

There is a free app called "my photos" but you have to transfer you photo's across and then delete them from your camera roll. I'd prefer to just lock up the camera roll.

Each app out there has to import to there app from your camera roll due to apples restrictions!
There are loads on the app site though. Sift through and chose which best suits your needs.

This is why I turn to Cydia for functions like these, and I don't have to have 100 app on my phone with each one that does one thing I want. Why do that when I can install a tweak that just adds more functionality to what is already on the iPhone.

Like the iSmartDialer app. It gives you the T9 functionality in the app's keypad, where you can just type in a name and swipe through the numbers that correspond to the letters you typed (should the name not show the first time).

Why have a separate app that can do that when I can install KuaiDial and have all that rite in my phone app. Except with KuaiDial, the tweak will remember your most dialed contact so the contact shows up with fewer letters being typed. Plus it's just better for a few different reasons, but just an example.
