Is my iPhone Factory Unlock ?

I bought iPhone 4 from Saudi Arabia. I have never used Gevey before. It's iOS version is 4.3.3

I want to update it but i wonder if it locks. I have a iPod Touch already.

Model : MC604AE

Modem Firmware : 04.10.01

Is my iPhone 4 factory unlock or not ?

I bought it from Mobily / Saudi Arabia.

Now I'm in Turkey and using Turkcell.

That tells it all right there... if you're using your iP4 on a wireless provider other than the one it's locked to. Darn good chance it's a Factory Unlocked iDevice.

Now you tell me I am able to update my iPhone without any lock possiblities ? Are you sure ? I mean I trust you but I have to be sure as you see.
