Is there a free SMS spy for iPhone?

I need to monitor someones SMS on an iphone 4 due to certain things. Is there something out there that I can use to type in a phone number and see what they have done?

Monitoring and spying on another person is illegal and is the invasion of privacy if a warrant is not presented towards your local, state or federal court.
