There is no jailbreak available for the iPhone 5 on iOS 6.1.3 or 6.1.4, tethered or untethered. If you want to jailbreak, you'll have to wait until an iOS 7 jailbreak is available.

There is no jailbreak for iOS 6.1.4 on the iPhone 5. Any one or any site that says different is a scam. With that, this thread is closed.
