Is there a walkie talkie app that works through 3G and plays the message instanstly

Hi everyone, I'm looking for an app that would allow me to use my phone as a walkie talkie with the following features:

Works through 3G data not Bluetooth

Has push to talk button and the receiver hears the message without having to press play. (even better would be the receiver hears the message without pressing play and does not even have to be in that app)

Has a friends list.

Is there one like this ?

Yes check out an app called Voxer. Me and my kids use it all the time.

Thanks mate just tried it and it's amazing but it does not work very well on my iPhone 4 I'm not sure why ? ,
On my iPad 2 it's brilliant.

Hey guys thanks for the replies, I am trying them all out, so far voxer is best for use with Mates and tikl best for car use with the wife as it plays even in lock screen.

Btw anyone who is having problems with voxer if you run the latest redsnow with the iBooks fix, it somehow fixed voxer too.

I downloaded Voxer to see what it is .Got a couple of message from people I don't know ! Deleted it just as fast ...

I'm totally sold on Voxer. It's much better than HeyTell IMHO.
