is there a way to get better reception ?

Is there an area of the phone where you should hold so that you dont block the reception? I dont get very good reception at work and was wondering if theres something I can do that might help?

Hold the phone on the sides with your fingertips. Don't hold it in the palm of your hand where your skin can bridge the two attennas which is identified by the visible gaps in the outter aluminum banding.

Probably an unwelcome comment from me, but just get a protective phone case. That way it will be somewhat protected from damage against shock AND will solve the antenna problem.
