that can still you how strong you 3g/wifi strength is as well as the data transfer speed? One of the reasons why I would like this is just so if I'm streaming audio/video I will have an idea what strength I'm currently receiving to know if the stream will be smooth will minimal amount of buffering or if I should forget about trying to stream altogether due to a weak signal.

I'm on UK T-mobile, would I be right in saying that when I'm on 3g the signal bars on the left are my gauge for signal strength to look out for when streaming videos say using BigU?
