Is there is a way to get photos that were lost due to restore option

Hi everyone !

My story is a bit long so I will only mention the problem directly. Is there is a chance to get my photos back after iphone 4 has been restored ??

Please help.
I have already tried photo recovery program but it didn't help at all. I don't have a backup that contains the photos that were lost.

Any help is appreciated.

Have you by any chance set up iCloud photo stream? If no then you are out of luck since you have no backup of those photos.
