Is this normal?

So just switched to sprint and got the 5s and It took like 30 minutes for the lte 3G and signal to really kick in and work. Is this normal with iPhone 5s? Or is it normal when switching from one company to another.
 
Mite be same happened when I went back to vz from creedow, how is sprint survis

oh it took like 30 minutes before you were getting the lte 3g and signals? i was like this sucks. but so far its lightning fast i love it.
 
data speeds were fast but fast in only select areas around my house and its not fun not having lte whereever you go like i did with att. The service dropped a couple times but they are working on the towers but just didnt want to deal with it so att took me back with my old plan which is cool. and yes why would i get rid of the iphone?
 
Good point just didn't if it could be changed but you are write sprint is very inconsistent
