Is this "Enter_Passcode" text possible to remove via ifile or ssh etc... I've tried to remove it, but just can't find where to do it. It gets in the way of my clock and it's very annoying... Anyone know how? Thanks in advance if you can help.

I'm not sure what you mean but you can disable it in settings.
Yes, you need to edit the SpringBoard.strings file in System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/English.lproj
The key you need to change is ENTER_PASSCODE
You may need a different language folder depending how you have your iPad set up. e.g. you might need en_GB.lproj instead of English.lproj
And of course, rather than changing the "live" file you should really create your own theme and use Winterboard to substitute it in so that your stock configuration is as expected!
