Issue with Safari Download Manager

Hello all,

So I have a jailbroken iPhone 4S v5.0.1 & I have many tweaks/apps installed but it looks like Safari Download Manager tweak is not compatible with one or more of them. When I install it it causes Safari.app to immediately crash. Now I could go & spend 1324 hours uninstalling & reinstalling every app/tweak to see where the problem is...but I was hoping someone could help me out. Here is a list of everything I have installed:
