iTunes 10.1.1 error 0xE8000065

FYI, spent 2 days trying to figure out why I was getting error 0xE8000065 while trying to Sync my iPhone 4 with itunes USB, I had to remove the Wifi Sync software.

So did you ever find a easy way to fix it, i have the same problem i just install Wi Fi sync on my iphone 3g 4.0.0. and i have the same
