Cant drag n drop movies into the new itunes like i used to, the movies just dont appear in the movies folder, I never had this problem before and have tried converting files to different formats. Can anybody help?

what file types are you dragging on there? if its .mp4 or other supported files you add it to the library first and it should show up but you can download apps such as cinexplayer that allow you to play all the popular video formats such as xvid that you create from your digital camera home videos

Hi, thx for answering, i've tried converting my videos into .mp4 n i've also tried converting into iphone format which then shows up as .mp4 to. I've never had a problem b4 it's just the new itunes that doesnt accept my videos n i cant downgrade becuz my daughter got a 4s n it's not compatiable with the older itunes 

and how do you add them? it could be worth trying a different converter such as handbreak and then adding to the library, it probably does not like the converted .mp4. I have had this problem before and doing this solved it for me

Hi. You can just download an avi player from the AppStore (AcePlayer is free right now) and you can drag n drop your avi video files in there without conversion :)

That is always the best way^^ just use a avi player such as AcePlayer, VLC player was in the app store for a short while and CineXplayer has 3D support and is pretty good.
