Itunes accopunt keeps getting disabled

Hi Guys,

My Itunes accounts keep getting disabled. I go to make a purchase and I get a message telling me to contact apple support to make the purchase. I have valid credit card info in there, and have had the account and used it actively for a few years. The only change I made was a move to a new computer at a new job. I am thinking perhaps Apple doesn't like you switching machines or something.

Has anyone else had this problem. I have contacted apple support several times but never hear back from them and my account is still blocked. I can create another account but it will screw up all my devices, and I don't want to have to pay for all the apps and stuff I already own again.

Any help would be really appreciated.
 
Are you trying to login via your computer or your iPhone? Try login your iTunes account from your iPhone, of the iPhone is the one giving the trouble then login using your computer, download something from the app store in your computer and sync it to your iPhone. If it's a new computer and you are planing to use it for a long time with your iPhone then remember to authorize the computer and also to transfer your purchase present in the iPhone.
