iTunes update on delete

Hi,

I've seen that iTunes takes into account the addition of a new record on outlook or on iphone and update the right device.

Is it possible to the contrary, i.e. delete a contact on outlook and, after sync, having it also deleted on iphone, as the Blackberry desktop does?
