Jailbreak help!!

I bought an iphone 4g and it had already been updated to the 4.2 firmware, It was not jailbroken and I do not have an at&t sim card is there anything I can do to downgrade the firmware in order to jailbreak it?

you dont need to downgrade it, but no there is no way to downgrade it since you wont have your SHSH blobs saved from previous firmwares

Even if you did downgrade the baseband won't be downgraded which is what counts for unlocking...

if the upgrade is not out there, then wait till it is.
