Jailbreak iphone 4 not responding

I jailbreak my Iphone 4 yesterday with jailbreakme. Everything was fine until my phone went out of battery and went dead on me. I got home, charge the phone and now the phone is not responding. I tried itunes but it does not recognize there is a connection. The phone is on with a jailbreak apple symbol on the screen. Any ideas?
