Jailbreak iphone 4s on 5.0.1 with iaperio unlock sim

I got new iaperio unlock sim for iphone 4s. My iphone running ios 5.0.1 is not jailbroken. Will this sim work after I jailbreak it?

Well, if it's like Gevey then it should work whether you're jailbroken or not.
