Jailbreak issues

Hey there,
I jailbroke my iphone 4 about a month ago.
It is a GSM running 6.1.2
I did the evasion jail break and everything runs smooth.
There is just one problem, and I am sure other people have the same issue.
I download an app from the App Store (Not Cydia) and after the app finishes installing
my phone reboots and starts in safe mode, every time.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a fix for this?

It's an incompatibility with one of the apps or tweaks that you've previously installed through Cydia. Check to see that they're iOS 6 compatible.
