Jailbreak problem?

Hi,
So I'm jailbreaking my iPhone 4 with redsn0w and have gotten to the point that it says "the rest of the process will happen on the device." The device started downloading bunch of things and then went to a long stream of "please wait..." on black screen. It's been like that for about 10 minutes now. Is something wrong... how long should this take?

6.1.3 I updated just before attempting the jailbreak

What happens eventually is it continues spinning information on the black screen then suddenly goes to the apple load page an then the homescreen comes up, without Cyndia installed. Any thoughts?

Follow this guide. If you get stuck on Waiting for iPhone to Reboot, just use a recovery fix. Note that you must use the 6.0 IPSW
