Jailbreak tethered 4.3.5 RedSn0w 0.9.8b4 to unlock?

My problem is that i did restore my iphone 4 to firmware 4.3.5, but i dont have the original SIM and i am stuck in the "Emergency call" screen, my doubt is that if the "redsnow's jailbreak tethered" will unlock my iphone.
