Jailbreaking 5s

Hey I was just wondering did anybody jailbreak there iPhone 5s if so let me know if it's worth doing it because I wanted to

Only you can really judge whether or not it's worth it. If you find that the stock features and UI aspects are all up to your taste and usage, then you won't need to jailbreak. If you find that some aspects of the iOS is not up to your preference, you can jailbreak to tweak it to do so. You can always jailbreak it and restore fresh if you don't think it's worth it. Just note that the window for iOS 7.0.4 is closing within 7 days, so it's make or break if you want to get a fresh restore in prior to jailbreaking 7.0.4.

If you're worried about the jailbreak process not working, assuming you've followed the pre-requisites to the dot, you shouldn't experience any issues.
