Jailbreaking ios 6.1.3

Could any one tell me how to jail break ios 6.1.3

i heard it could be done from evasi0n 1.6.3 but i don't know where to download it from

OR

is there any other way to jail break ios 6.1.3

Evasi0n 1.6.3 does not exist. You can only jailbreak the iPhone 3GS and 4 on 6.1.3 tethered. Only the old bootrom 3GS can be jailbroken untethered on 6.1.3.

All other devices cannot be jailbroken on 6.1.3+.
