Jailbroken Iphone 4.2.1 stuck at apple logo

Hey guys. I jailbroke my Iphone 4 last night with redsn0w.
And I wanted to reinstall winterboard as it was not working, so when I uninstalled it the restart springboard screen came on. I clicked on it and since then my apple logo had been stuck at the apple logo.
I connected my Iphone to my computer and opened redsn0w and instead of checking install cydia I checked just boot tethered right now.
My Iphone started again BUT on it safe mode. And when I restart my Iphone to get out of safe mode it again gets stuck at the apple logo.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Restore in itunes then jailbreak with greenpoision...

I try to do that man but an "unknown error" (3194) occurs on itunes.
What to do now?
